事情再走歪 心態也不壞
有一種人會為自己的人生做好所有計劃，希望可以未雨綢繆，令自己安心。但往往我們即使做好所有計劃，都未能預計所有，世事變幻莫測，當計劃趕不上變化，不安的心何處安放？情緒起伏又有沒有路線圖可跟從？原來這些都不在計劃書內。
捉不到的事情太多，太用力抓緊所有，最後只會令自己耗盡所有。既然「最不變的 只有容易變」，不如就以改變應萬變，放膽擁抱改變。活着是應該放手享受當下，或者當我們不再去計劃和計較，所有經歷都是意外收穫。
2025年泳兒繼續邀請不同樂隊作出音樂上的新嘗試，今次《計劃書》誠邀Dear Jane 成員Howie作曲，是因為泳兒一向欣賞Dear Jane 的音樂風格和歌曲的能量，正好符合《計劃書》的重點「安穩只不過執念 動盪是難避免」，當愛情和生活不似預期仍能透過歌曲抒發情緒。填詞方面，繼續交由泳兒非常信任的Wyman負責，在改變之中仍保留風骨「這一生 邊擁抱改變 邊抵抗改變」放下明天的計劃是為了「過好手裏的這天」。編曲方面有徐浩和黃兆銘，監製就由徐浩負責，多次合作經驗溝通直接爽朗，好讓泳兒放心地展現最配合歌曲的聲線。
誠意呈上這份以改變為本的《計劃書》，事情再走歪，心態也不壞。
